Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you see parcel in damaged condition, you need to take video and pics of the same .

About dry fruits / organic grocery , if there are any issues and if it’s not informed immediately in 3 days of purchase, it will not be replaced for any kind of complaints .
Please note dry fruits / organic grocery are pure organic, natural in nature , they are not treated with any chemicals, pesticides, it may get insects, fungus, spoiled fast if it’s not kept properly or not stored at cool / dry / refrigerate conditions.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
